Welcome to EraOne. By downloading or using our app, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing our service
1. Service Overview
EraOne offers the following digital services:
Wallet (Add Money & Withdraw)
Mobile/DTH Recharge, Bill Payments
Cashback, Referral Bonus, Premium Plans
Gift Cards, Scratch Cards, Spin Wheel, Watch Ads
Product Pledge Service (Instant Cash against mobile, bike, car – not a loan)
Redirects to shopping and booking platforms
Some services may be listed as "Coming Soon".
2. User Registration & Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate personal information.
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials.
Fake registrations, misuse, or fraudulent activity can result in account termination.
3. Wallet, Rewards & Payments
Payments are securely processed using TezGatway.
Cashback, referral bonuses, and reward points are subject to terms and can be changed or removed without notice.
No payment card or banking information is stored by us.
4. Product Pledge Service (Instant Cash on Items)
EraOne provides instant cash when a customer pledges their mobile phone, bike, or car.
The pledged item remains with the customer.
EraOne only collects:
Original purchase invoice (for mobiles) or
RC book (for vehicles)
Valid ID/address proof copies
Duration for repayment:
Mobile: 1 month
Bike/Car: 1 to 12 months
No interest is charged.
A one-time processing fee and late fee applies.
If the customer fails to repay within the agreed time, the item is considered seized and no refund will be issued.
⚠️ This is not a loan, but a pledge-based cash advance service.
5. Refund & Cancellation
Failed or duplicate payments (recharge) will be refunded as per Razorpay's policy.
Cashback, referral bonus, and pledge transactions are non-refundable.

6. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to change or stop any service without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Payment gateway or banking failures
Technical errors or downtime
Failure of any third-party service (recharge, bookings, etc.)
8. Account Suspension/Termination
EraOne may terminate accounts due to:
Fake referrals
Fraudulent activities
Breach of terms or abuse of features
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the courts of [Your City, India].
Razorpay's terms apply to payment disputes.
