Our services, such as mobile recharge, bill payment, and other utility-related services, are processed immediately upon the user's request.
Once a service is initiated, it cannot be canceled.
However, service cancellation may be considered under the following conditions:
If the payment was successful, but the recharge/bill payment was not completed within 24 hours
If the customer has accidentally made a duplicate payment
If the service failed due to a system or technical error
We maintain a transparent and secure refund process. A refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

Payment was successful but the service failed

Duplicate payment was made
β
Amount was debited but the service was not processed
Refund Procedure:
The customer must raise a refund request via email or through the app
We will review the request within 48 hours
If found valid, the refund will be processed within 5β7 working days to the customer's bank account or UPI
